The technology of CUPPER is based on the non-wearing friction effect, which refers to self-organizing phenomena of inanimate nature.

In implementation of the effect, the friction unit resembles the joint of a living being by its design and nature of operation.

In case of using a lubricant containing:

  • oxides
  • metal hydroxides
  • salts of mineral or

    organic acids
  • complex compounds

    of soft metals

During operation of the friction unit bronze-steel

A metal film (copper, tin) with special properties is spontaneously formed – the coefficient of friction and wear of parts are reduced

When the friction unit is operating steel-steel or steel-cast iron

On the surfaces in the area of direct contact, a protective (servovite) film of metal is formed, introduced into the lubricating medium in the form of the above compounds
