Foundation Story

Technology has been developed based on scientific discoveries of D.Garkunov author of «Hydrogen Wear of Metal» and «The Wearlessness Effect» originating in USSR in 1960s.

This discoveries were shelved in 1960s in national archive only to be discovered and implemented by decades later and now referred as CLAD technology

lubricants work with hydrogen wear phenomena, first using its properties to «polish» the friction surface at the elementary level, and then terminating the action of hydrogen using copper ions, thus extending the life of the machine parts.

The copper film covers the surface of the machine part, having previously «healed» existing defects. At the same time, copper does not react with hydrogen and protects the part from hydrogen wear.

There is friction but no wear

This is the result that every customer can appreciate. Not only we increase the lifetime of the machine, but also improve its operating perfomance.
